The overall objective of WP1 is to keep the project coherent, both scientifically and in terms of administration.
More detailed objectives related to Management are:
• Provide for smooth technical and financial project management by strategic planning
• Provide for internal communication and information flow throughout the whole project period
• Ensure effective external communication (i.e., Commission, similar projects)
• Employ a problem solving management approach
• Provide for timely completion of reports and deliverables
• Oversee gender equity
